Aplicativos móveis para pacientes pós transplante de medula óssea: revisão integrativa

Resumo

Revisão integrativa da literatura com objetivo de analisar produções científicas sobre uso de aplicativos móveis na área de Transplante de Medula Óssea. Busca realizada com os descritores Bone Marrow Transplantation, Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, Mobile Applications, nas bases de dados SCOPUS, Pubmed e LILACS, em abril de 2021. Encontrou-se 46 publicações, destas 11 foram incluídas na revisão e classificadas por: base de dados, título, autores, país de origem, periódico e ano de publicação, delineamento, grau de recomendação, nível de evidência, tema, objetivo e resultados. Dos artigos 5 (45,45%), publicados em 2020, 9 (81,81%) desenvolvidos nos Estados Unidos, 10 (90,90%), possuem grau de recomendação B e 5 (45,45%) apresentam nível de evidência 2c. Conclui-se o êxito dos aplicativos móveis como produto de tecnologia em saúde, porém é necessário investimento em mais estudos buscando disseminar a tecnologia em saúde e melhora nos níveis de evidência e qualidade das publicações na área.

Mobile apps for post bone marrow transplant patients: integrative review

Abstract: Integrative literature review aiming to analyze scientific productions on the use of mobile applications in the area of Bone Marrow Transplantation. Search performed with the descriptors Bone Marrow Transplantation, Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, Mobile Applications, in SCOPUS, Pubmed and LILACS databases, in April 2021. 46 publications were found, of which 11 were included in the review and classified by: database data, title, authors, country of origin, journal and year of publication, design, degree of recommendation, level of evidence, theme, objective and results. Of the 5 articles (45.45%) published in 2020, 9 (81.81%) developed in the United States, 10 (90.90%) have a degree of recommendation B and 5 (45.45%) have a level of evidence 2c. The success of mobile applications as a health technology product is concluded, but investment in more studies is needed to disseminate health technology and improve the levels of evidence and quality of publications in the area.

Aplicaciones móviles para pacientes post trasplante de médula ósea: revisión integradora

Resumen: Revisión integrativa de la literatura con el objetivo de analizar las producciones científicas sobre el uso de aplicaciones móviles en el área del Trasplante de Médula Ósea. Búsqueda realizada con los descriptores Bone Marrow Transplantation, Hematopoytic Stem Cell Transplantation, Mobile Applications, en las bases de datos SCOPUS, Pubmed y LILACS, en abril de 2021. Se encontraron 46 publicaciones, de las cuales 11 fueron incluidas en la revisión y clasificadas por: datos de la base de datos, título, autores, país de origen, revista y año de publicación, diseño, grado de recomendación, nivel de evidencia, tema, objetivo y resultados. De los 5 artículos (45,45%) publicados en 2020, 9 (81,81%) desarrollados en Estados Unidos, 10 (90,90%) tienen un grado de recomendación B y 5 (45,45%) tienen un nivel de evidencia 2c. Se concluye el éxito de las aplicaciones móviles como producto de tecnología sanitaria, pero se necesita invertir en más estudios para difundir la tecnología sanitaria y mejorar los niveles de evidencia y calidad de las publicaciones en el área.
