Diagnósticos de enfermagem em pacientes com câncer submetidos à radioterapia: estudo de revisão

Identificar diagnósticos de enfermagem em pacientes com câncer submetidos à radioterapia. Estudo de revisão que reuniu, analisou e sintetizou resultados de artigos originais que identificaram diagnósticos de enfermagem da NANDA-I em pacientes com câncer submetidos à radioterapia. A busca por artigos foi realizada em cinco bases eletrônicas de dados a partir da combinação de descritores Nursing Process OR Nursing Diagnosis AND Radiotherapy OR Brachytherapy OR Radioisotope Teletherapy. Compuseram a revisão quatro artigos que permitiram a identificação de 33 diagnósticos de enfermagem, sendo 28 reais e cinco de risco, pertencentes a 20 classes de 10 domínios da NANDA-I. Metade dos artigos descreveu os seguintes diagnósticos de enfermagem: eliminação urinária prejudicada, constipação, diarreia, fadiga, disfunção sexual, risco de infecção e integridade da pele prejudicada. A identificação de 33 diagnósticos de enfermagem mostra a complexidade que envolve a assistência prestada a pacientes com câncer submetidos à radioterapia.
