Instrumentos de avaliação das competências do cuidador informal: revisão integrativa

Identificar os instrumentos de avaliação das competências do cuidador informal. Revisão integrativa, nas bases de dados Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Scopus e Web of Science. Foram selecionados os estudos que fizeram uso de instrumento de avaliação das competências e habilidades do cuidador informal no domicílio, publicados entre 2015 e 2019. Detectaram-se 914 artigos, dos quais 23 compuseram esta revisão. Verificou-se o uso de 50 instrumentos de avaliação dos cuidadores, que foram categorizados de acordo com a área temática de avaliação observada, sendo: sobrecarga, senso de competência e preparo para cuidar, saúde mental e qualidade de vida. Identificou-se três instrumentos de avaliação das competências e preparo para o cuidar, sendo apenas o Short Sense of Competence Questionnaire específico para cuidadores informais. Notou-se que nenhum instrumento foi capaz de avaliar todas as propriedades do cuidado de forma multidimensional.
